eParcel and Toll IPEC services. Choice of carrier is dependent on
product size and shipping address.
For your peace of mind all deliveries require recipient signature as
proof of delivery. Online tracking for all purchases from
Soldsmart.com.au is provided. A tracking number will be sent to you via
email once your item is shipped.
Our up-to-the-minute supply chain process means we are able to ship
out most items within 24 working hours from the time your payment
clears.Please check ETA date of item as shown on the listing to get an
accurate time of arrival. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your
order to arrive from the time we dispatch your item.
From time to time SoldSmart.com.au may run shipping promotions.
These promotions do not include products listed in our wholesale
/ bulk dept, items on sale, larger items, and items shipped to NT &
WA.

Visa and Mastercard payments are processed instantly through PayPal
and as such Soldsmart.com.au does not record or store any credit card
details.
Cheque & money order payments will take appr. 2-3 days to clear
from the day we receive them. Paypal Echeck payments will take 7-10
days to clear.
Bank Tranfers are cleared the following business day from receipt of funds.
Unless specified otherwise, this item comes with implied rights and
conditions as outlined by the Trade Practices Act in your state.
Additionally the item comes with a spare parts option subject to the
item and the availability of parts. You will also be covered through a
Statutory Warranty and implied Statutory Conditions in your state. Our
