To deliver your products Soldsmart.com.au uses Australia Post eParcel, Toll IPEC and FDM services. Choice of carrier is not available and is dependent on product size and destination.

Please note that couriers do not deliver to po boxes due to the size and weight of the items. Please list a street address at the checkout otherwise your order will be delayed until a suitable street address is provided.

For your peace of mind all deliveries have online tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your item is shipped.
